　長野県在住の外国籍の方が県内で撮影した「長野の隠れた魅力」を表す写真を募集しています。

本次的主题为：长野的隐藏魅力

　
　今回のテーマは、「長野の隠れた魅力」
　長野県は自然が豊か、絶景が多い場所です。長野県民でも知られていない魅力は山ほどあります。もちろん、世界で有名なスノーモンキー、スキー場も素晴らしいですが、観光地以外にも、隠れた魅力は沢山です！

　長野の穏やかな山道、森に囲まれている楽園、あまり知られていない場所の写真を是非見せていただきたいです。

【作品募集期間：2018年2日14日（水）～2018年3月21日（水）まで】
（作品展示期間：2018年4月9日（月）～2018年6月15日（金）まで（予定）)

作品の展示をご希望の方は、写真データを次のメールアドレスへ送ってください。

※応募はお一人様３作品までとします。応募多数の場合は、全ての作品が展示されない場合もあります。

※人物が特定される作品を応募する場合は、写っている方本人の許可を得た上で応募ください。

※作品を応募する際、作品のタイトル・作品の簡単な説明（撮影場所、撮影時の心境等）・氏名・出身国の情報も一緒に送ってください。これらの情報は今回の写真展示会以外の目的には使用しません。

※写真の画質を確認した上で応募してください。理想な画質は300ppi（2480 x 3508ピクセル）となりますが、最低限は150ppi（1240 x 1754ピクセル）となります。

Presenting the 13th Annual “Nagano International Perspective” Photo Exhibition
This year’s theme: “The Secrets of Shinshu”

Nagano Prefecture is a beautiful, picturesque landscape full of wonder. Even those born and raised in the area have only explored a small portion of this fantastic region. Of course, there are the world famous snow monkeys and ski resorts, but beyond the tourist hot-spots there is a world of hidden gems!

We’d like to see all the secret spots and hidden hideouts that you’ve discovered since coming to Nagano! Share the peaceful paradise in your town, or that tranquil mountain trail that you love to hike! We want to see the secrets that you’ve found in Nagano!
Submission period: Wednesday, February 14 ～ Wednesday, March 21, 2018
Exhibition period: Monday, April 9 ～ Friday, June 15, 2018 (tent.)

If you’re hoping to have a photo included in the exhibit, please send the data to the Nagano Prefecture CIRs at naganocir@gmail.com

Some notes about submitting:
*Submissions are limited to 3 photos per person. In the case of multiple submissions, we may not include all of your photos in the exhibit.
*In the case that people are included in your photos, please obtain permission from all parties before submitting.
*When sending photos, include the following for each submission: a title, a simple description in English or Japanese (where it was taken, your　thoughts/feelings when taking it, etc.), your name, and your home country. We will not use this information for any purpose other than in the exhibit.
*Please ensure that submitted photos are of a high quality. The ideal resolution should be 300ppi (2480×3508 pixels), but the absolute minimum required is 150ppi (1240×1754 pixels).

If you have any other questions, please send them to the contacts below. Information regarding where and when photos will be displayed will be included in a future press release and blog entry.

Background: every year, we collect photos taken by international residents of Nagano capturing their favorite things about Nagano, and exhibit them at various places around the prefecture. The more that people see these scenes, the more we can increase our understanding of international culture and rediscover our own perceptions of the local area.

“外国人镜头下的长野”第13届摄影作品展即将召开

本次的主题为：长野的隐藏魅力
众所周知，长野县是一个自然环境丰富，美景佳境颇多的地方，很多魅力甚至是生活在这里的人都没有意识到的。因此除了在全世界都很知名的雪猴温泉以及滑雪胜地之外，还有很多不为人知的魅力。
所以这次我们想以此为主题，收集大家在长野县拍的不怎么为人所熟知的地方，可能是山路也可能是森林。现在开始征集，请大家踊跃参与。

作品征集时间：2018年2日14日（周三）～2018年3月21日（周三）
作品展示时间：2018年4月9日（周一）～2018年6月15日（周五）（预定）
